Fifty graduates of the Bread and Pastry Production NC II training received their tool kits during a distribution activity on July 21 through the joint efforts of the Local Government Unit of Paranas, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and Bright Spark International Training and Assessment Center (BSITAC).

Each beneficiary received a microwave oven and a hand mixer, providing them with the basic equipment needed to begin baking at home or pursue livelihood opportunities using the skills they gained from the training.

Present during the activity were Mr. Jonathon Madjos, BSITAC Coordinator, and Mr. Paul Pabrao of TESDA Samar, who joined LGU officials in the distribution of the tool kits to the 50 scholars.

The Bread and Pastry Production NC II training forms part of the municipality’s continuing efforts to provide skills training and practical support to residents, helping open opportunities for employment and small business development.
