The Municipality of Paranas welcomed Atty. Darwin N. Bibar, CESO IV, Assistant Regional Director of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office VIII, on August 20, 2026, for the Supervised Fieldwork (SFW) Onsite Monitoring of DILG Paranas Apprentice, LGOO II Daneca Y. Orabe.

The Assistant Regional Director was accompanied by LGOO VI Geselle P. Endriano, Assistant Division Chief of the Local Government Capacity Development Division (LGCDD), and LGOO V Ma. Theresa P. Ortiz, Regional Focal Officer.

The visit formed part of the Supervised Fieldwork program for DILG apprentices, providing an opportunity for onsite monitoring, guidance, and assessment of LGOO II Orabe in the application of her knowledge and skills in the actual field setting.
