Functional Statement
To provide the delivery of basic services relative to local budget administration including budget processes and policies, directions and priorities governing effective fiscal discipline, proper allocation and mobilization of available resources management of public expenditures.
Mission
Assist the Local Chief Executive in achieving sound long-term financial sustainability to better serve the constituents in the most effective, efficient and fiscally responsible manner.
Vision
Endeavors to provide appropriate and responsive technical services to the Local Chief Executive, the Sangguniang Bayan, the Department/Offices, the 44 barangays and other agencies, in the preparation of the budget, as well as in the authorization, review, execution, and accountability aspects of budgeting.
